Sorry for being MIA for so long, I’m still working on a project that I am determined to finish. Hopefully, I’ll be able to get back to blogging regularly soon. I feel so tired all the time. My skin is starting to break out again. Looks like I’m getting more skin tags too. I’m not even gonna go to my weight gain.
Well, I hate to admit it – no, actually, I admit it – I have not been good with my diet and apart from running around the house after my two kids and vacuuming, that’s about it when it comes to exercise.
I do love baking though. It’s very therapeutic.
BUT it does not mean that I should forget about what I know that is right for my health! You don’t have to eat an almost entire cake you know.
I should know better. My body is giving me hints and I should listen – and you know what? I will! I’ve done it before, I can do it again.
I want to feel more energetic again. I want to have better skin. I definitely don’t need a second chin. Yes, definitely want these back. I know what I’m supposed to do. But knowing is nothing without doing.
Then I gotta do what I gotta do. My worst enemy is lack of discipline and no self-motivation. If I fail, I’ve only myself to blame.
Starting today, I am motivated to get back on the right track.
